I’m having problems with my log in, what can I do?

In the first instance please try resetting your password. If you still receive an error message stating “account not found" please email info@glitterwithme.co.uk and we will investigate your account and share new login information.

Delivery Expectations.

Most orders will be sent out on Tracked Special Delivery - 24-48 hours. Turnaround time for dispatch is between 1-3 days. However, we will aim to get this done as soon as possible.

Where’s my order?

Please wait for 14 days for your order, if it hasn’t arrived by this point please email info@glitterwithme.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

Returns and Refunds.

We hope you love your order but if it happens you’re not happy with it or you no longer wish to have your order, we do offer returns on all items.

·         All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

·         Return period is 14 days after purchase.

·         We do not provide cost of delivery for returns.

·         We will provide a refund within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in original condition. We will process your refund once we have received your item. We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage during the return so please consider this when sending the item/s back.

Can I update my profile?

Yes, whilst your account is live you can update your information at any time as you see fit.
