Shipping Information, Refunds & Returns

  • Turnaround / Delivery Times

    Our turnaround time for handmade products is between 1-3 working days depending on the product. We strive to get your order out to you as soon as possible. This means for your order to be dispatched, not delivered.

    For all our other products and services, with living on an Island, shipping does tend to be sent as priority post, so your order should be with you in good time (between 2 - 3 days) that being said there may be the odd occasion where things take a little longer than usual. Post has now changed from air shipping to sea shipping. So if the weather is bad, there is a possibility that the boat might not sail till the following day.

    Each day there’s a post run no later than 3.30pm in the afternoon. If an order is placed before 2.30pm, 90% of the time it’ll go out the same day depending on what the order is. Any orders placed after this time will most likely be posted the following day.

    For the Isle of Man, turnaround time for handmade products are the same as above. Postage should be next day delivery, but on the very rare occasion that it gets stuck somewhere, please allow a further 5 working days.

    This does not include weekends, anything posted after Friday at 3.30pm, will not be sent out to the mainland, Ireland or the Isle of Man until Monday morning. Any orders placed over the weekend, will most likely received on the Wednesday with the rare occasions it may take a little longer.

    After the turn-around times for each area, please allow a further 12 working days for your package to arrive. 99.9% of the time it'll be a lot sooner than this, however there may be the odd occasion where it’s held up somewhere. Thanks for your patience.

    We may also use recycled cardboard boxes to keep costs down.

  • Carriers

    United Kingdom, Guernsey & Jersey - We ship with Royal Mail & Parcelforce depending on weight. We can send through Evri to the United Kingdom, Guernsey or Jersey if requested. Most orders will be sent via Royal Mail as Tracked & Signed for.

    Ireland - We use only Evri shipping to Ireland. Any taxes and duties due is down to the recipient to pay. We do not accept any responsibilities of any customs charges that may be applicable. The time scale for these packages will be longer due to needing to be processed through customs. Please allow up to 12 working days.

    Isle of Man - We use Isle of Man Post. However we have several options for the Isle of Man.

    1.You can pick up your items from Ramsey.

    2. Free delivery is offered, however all free deliveries are made at the weekend.

    3. If you need it sooner, please choose standard shipping & we'll put it on next day delivery for you.

  • Set Shipping Fee's

    United Kingdom, Guernsey & Jersey - We have set a standard shipping fee at £5.95 for all orders.

    Ireland - We have set a standard shipping fee at £8.99 for all orders.

    Isle of Man - We have several options, but next day delivery will have a set fee of £4.95.

  • Refunds & Returns

    We hope you love your order but if it happens you’re not happy with it or you no longer wish to have your order, we do offer returns on all items.

    • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

    • Return period is 10 days after purchase.

    • We do not provide cost of delivery for returns.

    • We will provide a refund within 14 days of the return. The item must be unused and in original condition. We will process your refund once we have received your item. We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage during the return so please consider this when sending the item/s back.

    If your order has been “returned to sender" due to not being picked up from the local depot, after a delivery attempt. Whether you want a refund or for the items to be sent out again. Before that happens, the customer will need to pay the full cost of postage.

  • Order Not Received (after the delivery times)

    If your order has not been received, please reach out to us directly via email at info@glitterwithme.co.uk. We kindly ask that you avoid contacting us through social media platforms, as messages there can sometimes be overlooked. Emailing us ensures that your inquiry is addressed promptly and efficiently.
